Manager’s Retreat |
Manager’s
Retreat is focused on managers who need that
little extra to stay ahead of the rat pack. From junior managers, new
managers and middle to senior management, even if you are not a manager yet,
but want to get a manager’s insight into business.
Business owners need to partake and get additional business skills.

Sales Maintenance |
Everybody has an off peak day, in these maintenance
sessions, quick anecdotes and a firm foundation will enable sales
personnel on every level to stay super charged. In an environment that is
shared by other sales professionals which encourages first time sales
rookies. From order takers to hard core sales, anybody in the process
of moving product or service needs a "top-up" weekly.

It is so difficult to get experience of office dynamics,
these sessions will ensure the "furniture" in the office will sharpen their
office protocol, that inter-departmental politics becomes a single
unit with a common cause. Understanding each others roles and
deadlines is crucial to the success of any business.

Nobody taught Entrepreneurs how to do business, from
advertising, marketing, branding, business plans, marketing plans, SWOT
analysis, Cash Flow, interviewing, production, Project Management,
negotiating etc. Here is your support structure that will ensure you
take your vision, concept or product and take it out into the market
place. There is a formula, but nobody taught you how.

Soft Skill
lesson which will be held
once a week and very specific, each
week and session
will have a relevant topic. These
will not
academically focused; they are specific to the group, with helpful tips and
resources that can be implemented the next day within your place of
employment or business.
The skills and resources shared will become progressive, but new folks will
be encouraged to partake. My endless resources will be utilised and shared,
but the main accreditation is from the University Of Life, of which we are
already members.
